Ashure Ministry Thrift Store Volunteers

Our thrift store is an extension of Ashure Ministry and provides quality items at affordable prices to bargain shoppers and everyone in the community. The Store is open to the general public, and 100% of all thrift store proceeds are directed to the crisis ministries that serve our community.

One of the reasons we’re able to offer such great items at our unbelievable prices is thanks to our dedicated Thrift Store volunteers, and we’re always excited to have a few extra hands. In the Store, we have a wide variety of jobs including:

  • Donation Sorters

  • Register Assistants

  • Clothing Hangers

  • Store Assistants

I so enjoy getting to meet the customers. I have helped little children find new-to-them clothes for school and watched as their eyes light up. I have seen the smiles of gratitude in the eyes of a mother who feels she can actually provide that new-to-her-child outfit for the first day of classes. It means so much to me to be able to share in these special moments and provide hope.
